Bundesinstitut fur Kultur und Geschichte is planning an expedition to Omega 11, Planet Deidus. The hasardus conditions make any prolonged space voyages extremely dangerous, especially if the ship in the less known regions of space.
Therefore we are requesting permission to use Solaris station as our base of archaeological operations. We would need a free landing port and a hangar in which we would store our findings.
All that is just a small price for uncovering one of Rheinalnd's greatest mysteries. The faith of Von Rohe and his ship.

Guten tag and sorry for the delay in the transmission. We have records of issuing a research permit to you, or at least that's what our records have; please confirm if the information on the license is correct; if it is you are granted to operate in O11 as soon as you are ready, please warn Solarius Control of your arrival with at least 48 hours if you are going to need a temporal room and dock bay for a period longer than 2 days.
Needless to say, the Board Of Directors was notified of this special license and are very interested in reading about your findings and reasearch.
Thank you for your patience.
The licence is a bit outdated. Because of financial issues the Institut fur Kultur merged with Institut fur Geschichte. Therefore our ship and institut were renamed in Bundesinstitut fur Kultur und Geschichte. The new ship's name is:
Erkenntnis
All findings will be be published in public media.
We highly appreciate DHC's aid in our quest to unveil the true faith of Vaterland's greatest explorer.
