-Incoming Transmission-

Konnichiwa Caudill-san,

I wish to express my personal gratitude to OSI for the recent shipments of deuterium. These past few weeks have been tough on our distributors, as we were forced to reduce HFuel quotas for our house clients. Thanks to your efforts, we now have plentiful deuterium reserves and have removed the quota reduction. Hopefully you will be able to keep these shipments coming.

Here are some guncam logs I captured of a recent shipment:
OSI-Orinoko - Escort
OSI-Resolute - 4980
OSI-Iono - 4980
OSI-Stygio - 4730
OSI-Calimshan - 4980
OSI-Palamina - 3600
Unloading at Fujisawa

If you wish to expand OSI's HFuel shipping operations, please contact me to apply for additional contracts. As a token of thanks, I will personally tend to these requests. According to my records, OSI holds these distribution rights:

' Wrote:Omicron Supply Industries
HFuel distribution contract to the following locations:
Freeport 9, Freeport 11, Freeport 10, and Gran Canaria

This is the status of GMG HFuel distribution contracts to Freeports and Zoner bases:

Ames Research Station, Kepler - Open contract
Bona Vista Station, Omega-50 - Unknown
Corfu Base, Omicron Theta - Open contract
Bethlehem Station, Pennsylvania - Contract held by Kishiro Technologies
Freeport 1, Omega-3 - None; Imported from Freeport 2
Freeport 2, Bering - None; Imported from Rheinland
Freeport 4, Magellan - None; Imported from Liberty
Freeport 5, Omega 41 - Open contract
Freeport 6, Tau 29 - Contract held by Kishiro Technologies
Freeport 9, Omicron Theta - Contract held by OSI
Freeport 10, Tau 37 - Contract held by OSI
Freeport 11, Omicron Delta - Contract held by OSI
Freeport 14, Yukon - Unknown
Freeport XV, Omicron-74 - Contract held by Omicroners
Lanzarote Base, Omega-49 - Open contract
Planet Erie, Pennsylvania, Contract held by Kishiro Technologies
Planet Gran Canaria, Omega-49 - Contract held by OSI
Port Nova, Omega-50 - Unknown
Zoner Guard Bases, Omicron-74 - Held by Omicroners
Zoner Guard Bases, Baffin - Held by TAZ, Imported from Freeport 6

Of course, you should contact the stewards of the Zoner stations to negotiate price and monthly quotas. Once you have come to an agreement with the stewards, forward the terms to me. I will speak to the board of executives and we'll assign a shipping contract to OSI.

I might as well include a record of OSI's technology leases, in case there are discrepancies.

Just one more reminder. With the exception of the GMG Free Trade Zone in Honshu, Kusari will not allow non-GMG/Kishiro/Samura vessels to transport HFuel through Kusari. Please be sure your convoys act in accordance with the Kusari legal codex.

I hope to hear from you soon, Caudill-san.

Sore dewa,
Nozaki Ichimoto

Guild Master Ichimoto,
It is with our humblest gratitude that I send you this message. We at OSI are happy to hear that the shipment of Deuterium was satisfactory, as working with the Guild has always been a great pleasure.

While I cannot speak to the exact terms, I assure you we are indeed interested in expanding our H-Fuel shipping operations with the Guild. I do realize your original transmission was addressed to Director Caudill personally, however, given that we are quite busy and the Director even moreso, I merely wanted to send you this to assure you that your transmission had been received. We'll be discussing a more formal request at the next board meeting, and I'm certain Director Caudill will be contacting you again on this channel afterward. Your patience so far has been greatly appreciated.

I do look forward to having more opportunity to visit your side of Sirius. The space out there has always been quite breathtaking.

Greetings Mr. Ichimoto,

I'm glad you noticed our shipment. We know how much Sirius relies on our deuterium supplies and we aren't going to let any trivial threat jeopardize that. We will continue our regular shipments, but let us know if your reserves start to fall again and we will arrange another mass shipment.

Now on to the contracts. We are indeed looking at expanding and solidifying our shipping contracts with all Zoner bases. While I have not heard back from many of them, there are a couple of changes. Ames Research Station has requested 25000 units for 2 months. After that time we will renegotiate the contract and I will notify you. We are now based out of Freeport 14 so we will need to take over the contract for that station. We don't receive very much traffic, so our current demand is about 2500 units per month.

We are still awaiting confirmation from Boa Vista, Porto Novo, and Lanzarote. If we don't hear back from them we will settle on an amount of 2500 per month.

Your equipment is still in working order and has served us well.
