It is tolerated, to be inspace with 2 different account shortly to do a transfer. But only, if the server isnt near to full. Quick-clicks are needed, but it works.

Again: Use it only, when the server has under ~175 players online.

1- place both accounts in space somewhere and F1. (Somewhere isolated to prevent a player from stealing)
2- log on the account you wish, which has the item and drop it in space.
3- QUICKLY close freelancer so that you F1 in space.
4- Load your second account that will receive the item.
5- If done right, you should still see your first ship in space, with the item floating next to it. Tractor it in
6- $$$

Oh yes.. do this while the server is relatively low in players, to make sure you have a spot to get on. Also pay attention to lag/ stability of the server before you do it.

The best way though, is of course to get a friend to help.

Ship A (one account) is in space, ship B (another acount) too.

If you are on ship A, and send a trade invitation to ship B, you have to press ALT+TAB to switch to desktop, then you have to press "WINDOWS+L" to switch to XP account selection, then you have click the second user, and have to click the FL tab on the second user. At last, you have to open your attention window, and have to open the trading window.

This takes a few seconds, but if you are to lazy, the attention window says: There is no invitation.

On my old comp it was a bit difficult, to handle this.

Edit: Changed "type" to "press". Also made "use" into "user". Should be more comprehensive now, i hope.

My way is risky, but I've used it to successfully move around armour upgrades, weapons.. etc...

Infact... on disco I used to do this to transfer credit cards before the give cash command existed.

In vanilla FL I used to transfer cash using expensive cargo or expensive ammo in this manner.

EDIT- DO NOT USE THIS TO TRANSFER CARGO WITH THE PURPOSE OF SUICIDING AFTERWARDS. One way suicide trade routes are against the rules.

alt-tab into windows before logging out and load the second account with FLAM, then alt-tab back ingame and log off from the server. relog and you will be on the new account. Saves you some additional seconds.
Also, won't work if both chars are on the same account.

Or just have two computers handy, log onto the second computer briefly to access the account you need to transfer goodies to... Just don't do it for anything big, then you're multi-boxing...

(Feels like deja-vu, like we've answered this question before... more than once... ) :P

Agmen, what do you mean by "big" items. I recently transfered a Cap 7 armour upgrade, is that "big"? and not allowed?
