I write this, for i will not step again onto the freeport without your permission.
The Pace, my flagship, is still currently docked, although all of my personnel are aboard.
I have expressed my views on the current state of affairs between our great nations, and i hope they will be taken into account.
I ask that the Pace be allowed to remain docked, so that face-to-face communications between us, may continue in these matters.
Despite what may be developing, there is still hope for peace, should you wish to pursue it.
If no reply is given within twenty-four hours, i shall undock the Pace, and join my brothers, and abandon my hopes for peace.
Should you want to discuss this in person, you three, Signores Pushkin, Argus, and Rhyme, and any security personnel you feel are neccesary, are invited to join me in the lounge aboard the Pace.

As to my men, they will remain on ship. It is unlikely that any confrontations would result, especially given the fact that my men's views are quite similar to mine own.
However, prudence and caution are the rule of the day in a warzone.
So, for now, they will remain onboard, by my command.
For your generousity in allowing this, i have only this to currently offer: a picture from a repair drone, of the Pace in the morning sun.
It is beautiful, no?
This is the pace of life in the Omicrons, and it has eluded all of us, in days past.
