My name is Zach Lee, I represent a group of Zoners known as the
Zoner Militia Force. Please, do not be alarmed, this name does not represent a symbol of violence or aggression, merely that we are a group of individuals banded together in times where Zoners are hostile to Zoners.

In more detail, what I'm speaking of is the recent bounty placed on you by a certain Mike Rotch. Given that the bounty is completely open for any takers, I assume you have already received the transmission in one way or another. Now we know he is backed up by the Zoner group known as the Omicroners. In the past they have expressed their distaste towards you and the decisions you took in regards to the Corsairs. Those words, also echoed in that bounty "We will not forgive. We will not forget."

It is clear who is funding this bounty, who are behind it. You are no fool, you already know this.

So now your life is in danger. The most important figure of the OSI, and surely an important figure of the side that advocates partnership and neautrality with the Corsairs. Your life is important to this ideology. We cannot afford to lose you, especially not now.

You are not alone. You have friends. You have us.

The Zoner Militia Force is at your disposal.

Wherever you go, we go. Wherever a hunter or a mercenary tries to claim your head. We will stop them.

It is good to know that there are still Zoners in the Omicrons that I may call friends.

Yes, I am aware of the bounty. And you are right, it does seem to be backed by the Omicroners. I've had them threaten my vessel in the past, so funding a bounty against me wouldn't be too big of a stretch. This is all conjecture though. I'm sure we'll find no proof either way.

I really appreciate the offer of protection. While OSI has its own security division, we can't provide escort at all times and I will take you up on your offer if I find myself without an escort. I also look forward to learning more about yourself and the pilots that follow you. Who knows what the future might bring. Perhaps my company will require your services for other tasks as well.
