I am speaking to you now to formalise a contract with yourselves. The contract will be targetting specific pirates that you need targetting, and I also hope you may be able to contract us in a capacity to destory items that are being smuggled in Liberty.

Each contract will be made open on our very own Bounty Board and be able to be completed by our personnel as well as those of whom who wish to be under VPS employ to furfill the stated contracts.

The proposed contracts would be of 1 Million Sirius Credits per target/shipment successfully destroyed.
All I ask in return for this service is to be payed a service charge for each contract accomplished. In the region of 20%.

Thus say for a pirate target you would thus pay 1.2 Million to my company, 1 Million then going to the party whom had taken the target out. And the remaining 20% is Company profit.

This transmission is to start the long process of talks, and I hope that we can come to a very profitable arrangement, issueing bounty contracts on your behalf.
