QCO needs a Sig

Ok, so, was talking to Victor, but he disappeared, so, I will apply to the larger community.
The QCO is in need of a signature bar, and I am willing to award the producer of the one we like the best up to 70 million Sirius credits, depending on how asinine I am about it(oh, I will be).

Crimsons and Rusts would be a nice colorscheme...Bear in mind, these are Brets, and, the flag should be included.

Ok i have put my effort to make this one, you can see on sides original Bretonian Flag, in center of picture are bretonia battleship patrol along with few smaller, harder to see bretonian ships. Background image is not form FL, i thing it suits good, text can be alterd:)
