If you want to fly a top-gear Kusari ship you have to work for Kusari. The other houses have developed their own supertransports they can use. So if you decide to abandon Kusari and work for a Liberty corporation, you will fly a libertonian ship. It make look not as nice as ours, it may have lesser defensive capabilities, but it is their ship of choice and if you are working for them, you will work with their equipment.
And additionally we do not want to see such a beautiful ship destroyed by the Bretonians on your first trip into their territory, which I'm sure you will have many. Nor do we have any interest in them gaining any deeper insight in our ship building technology, even if it is only civilian hardware.
Furthermore I have one last reason to tell you: The current diplomatic relations towards Liberty are pretty bad at best. The house is a close ally to our enemies and is behaving accordingly. There is really no reason to support them or one of their corporations.
Your request is denied for you do not have provided us any reason why you should have earned that ship.
