Inigo Montoya sits in his captains chair aboard the "Azores", thinking about what happened last night. He has time for it, since the Enterprise-class liner is docked on Los Angeles for repairs. After a while, he says to his first officer, Lt. Fernandez: "I've made a decision about this. This trigger-happy Rogue has to be stopped. Not only for us or the OSC, but for all traders within Liberty. Somebody who fires without a warning on a civilian Liner with more than 2,000 innocent people aboard is not a pirate anymore, he is a terrorist. Lieutenant, open a Sirius-wide com-channel. But please use an encryption to broadcast this only to all lawful bases" The Lieutenant did what she's told, and after a few seconds the following message is send:
Greetings.
This is Inigo Montoya, Captain of the OSC-Azores.
I'm authorized by the OSC supervisory board to offer all lawful pilots within Sirius a bounty on the head of the Rogue Lt.John.French. We will pay 3 millions for each successfully done destruction of his ship and equipment until the total sum of paid bounties reaches 15 million credits or the OSC supervisory board decides to suspend the matter.
For succesfully claiming the bounty, all interessted pilots are asked to answer this request and provide evidence, that they are friendly to the OSC and have an at least quasi- or semi-lawful ID prior to go hunting. Every pilot who meets these requirements will be accepted automatically. Before the OSC pays, bounty hunters have to send guncam screenshots of the destruction and location. We will not pay for any actions you take within the Connecticut-system or in some remote guard systems!
You'll find some informations about the target attached to this communique. We're sorry that we can't give you exact scanner readings because gunfire destroyed our scanner log harddrive.
Have a good hunt and an always save flight.
Captain Montoya, out.
Target informations:
Target callsign: Lt.John.French
Target IFF: Liberty Rogues
Target ID: Rogues or Pirate ID
Ship class: Bomber (Rogues or Civilian)
[font=Agency FB]Accepted bounty hunters: No one yet - but feel free to enlist
""Anyone", "Anyone with X reputation to me", "All Freelancers/Merc/X group", etc are not sufficient to comply with this rule.
Bounties must list all individuals (that means their character's name) allowed to claim the bounty."
Listing the IDs allowed to claim isn't sufficient. You must list the character names and faction/group names/tags of those registered/allowed to claim this bounty. So while "Reavers" is acceptable, as it is the name of a player merc group, saying "all merc ID'd people friendly with me" is not.
You have 48 hours to correct this to comply with the bounty board rules.

I thought all people interessted in this bounty post here, so that here is the list of the players allowed to claim the bounty. I dont know anybody yet willing to take actions in this matter, and how should I, if this is against the rules?
I've read the bounty rules at least three times before I made my first post here ... I think you are referring to this one?
Quote:All bounties must specify the persons hired to take the bounty before they can start collecting on it.
I said here, that they had to prove good relations to OSC (not me personally) and an at least semi-lawful ID prior to go hunting. The list would have been made with everybodies post here with these two screens and their name in it. Isnt that appropiate? How can I now the names of these people if nobody posted that he's interessted in this?
edit:
okay ... If you wish an empty list in the first post that I would have made when the first hunter had posted ... so be it.
You need to have a physical list of their names in the first post. If you don't have any names to put in the list yet, at least make an area set aside for when you do.
