If our liberty rogue tagged characters leave liberty is that considered OORP? Cause since pvp is turned off in new york our major pirating routes are now expanded and distant. I keep wanting to go to sigma 13 and help tax the traders with the outcasts, so my question is this are we allowed to enter other houses?

Well, stick to your ZOI if you ask me. For the rogues it would be Liberty and its border worlds. And comming to sigma 13 to pirate traders, thats the Blood Dragons job. Dont do it:P

Seems like a very large catchment area to me. And to be honest, the Outcasts don't go to Sigma 13 either,
They have a massive area in the rest of Sirius.

That would be the implication there, you have enough of an area of your own. Why do you feel the need to go
out of it to pirate ? If you have to go to Sigma 13, use a tag and ID that gives you at least a good reason for
being there please.

Well aint it obvious the most heavily used system by traders is sigma 13. Ok how bout this we are providing security for our outcast brothers by guarding sigma 13 from corsairs that good enough?

Its still the same basicly, you go to sigma 13 to help the Outcast ( who arnt even there, its the NovaPG who pirate there ) pirate. Which means, your doing it as well.

Ok, The Liberty Rogues do not go to Sigma 13, its out of their territory, so stop looking for ways round it please.
The trading route there would be none of your concern, being from Liberty.
If you want to pirate there, get a tag and ID from Rheinland or Kusari, that clear enough ?

and i d love to see a bit less rogues in leeds, too:)- its not really a frequented system, and its a tough job for the gaians to catch one of the traders there - even more if rogues are hanging out at leeds planet - i wouldn t even accept lane hackers there ( i never see LH npcs there )

anyway - i think the rogues have quite a large ZoI ... compare it to gaians, they have leeds, edinbourgh, tau-31 - maybe newcastle, but newcastle isn t really a piratable system at all, cause there are no traderoutes and its a dead end system.
