Once a genius business man. Chase Malone used his unusual methods of persuasion to get the best prices in Sirius, so he claimed. However time played its tricks on Chase and his sanity gradually, and then quickly, deteriorated. One day, Chase woke up and sold his Large Train in favor of a beat up starflier from a junkyard. Lacking any wings the thing looked like a flying egg. Despite the ridiculousness of it, Chase began hauling Cardimine in his little Starflier from Malta to New Berlin.
Customers in New Berlin slowly began to notice their shipments were coming up short even though Chase continually got bigger and bigger vessels. Mr. Malone had developed a serious Cardimine addiction. No one really understood how he could have consumed two tons of Cardimine in a single trip short of dumping it overboard, but they did know this was bad for business. Soon, dealers at Malta and other outlets began turning him away except for enough to satisfy his habits, which were quite sizable.
Chase's condition fell to the point where he was pining over pieces of trash that he placed like trophies in his cockpit. Right in the middle of the console Chase had constructed a mosaic resembling Gran Canaria. It was comprised of shoes, teeth, a DIAMONDBACK, various IDs, patches of Bretonian uniforms and various pieces of scrap metal.
