If you mean on missing text or something, why should anyone show a screenshot with group chat on it? Group chat is usually ooc and contains nasty words.
And how is blacking out your ship in a screenshot meta-gaming exactly?
In fact, the only thing it does is to prevent others from meta-gaming.
I'm not gonna show you the loadout or the ship of my spy. That's stupid. The minute I find evidence, send it to someone here, everyone else as players will know exactly what ship and what loadout our intelligence assets used to spy on people. They can start to systematically collect the screenshots, and then proceed to build a database around it, effectively reducing our infiltrations. And as players, if they ever see that same ship in-game they will play cautiously, possibly compromising the identity of the spy and then ruin his chances of retrieving valuable data.
Well, I dont even think that your ships "guncam footage" would show and describe the weapon systems you use on your ship, it would just show the picture it took. So yeah, how is blacking out guns metagaming?
