Problems when log on and Removal of Trader Character

Hello folks, well i logged on in Omicron Theta a few hours ago then docked on Freeport 11 in Omicron Delta when i undocked i kept getting kicked for "Bad Installation" can an Admin Fix this problem without removing all my items please? i have no idea as to what triggered the "Bad Installation" could have been faults caused by my GAME Directory, could possible need a clean installation?

also i was gone for a few months and i didnt know i had to log onto ALL my characters in order not to have them Deleted may i please ask for restoration or compensation for [ZL|T]Kostura ? please it is my trader character only the ship will do, no extra credits or anything just want my ship back lol. and i dont care about the rest of the characters that were deleted,
