Although I'm biased against both Corsairs and Outcasts. I can say that they both have retarded members and good RP, don't judge factions based on select individuals.

Being one of the most popular factions on the server does have its downsides.

Honestly, the Outcasts in Disco are bloody under-developed. They seem to just exist.
When the npc faction seems to be as deep as a puddle, hard to expect much from it.
I know Doc etc have tried to develop it but without any mod development related to it, most folks don't notice.
