Yeah, bout time we made one of these. Really quite basic for now.

Knights of the Old Guard

Ranks

Novice
An applicant. There are no restrictions, however, they also cannot use faction tag. Must be sponsored by a Knight to be officially induced into the Old Guard. To become a Novice is super-easy. Just skype me and *boom* your in.
Knight
The standard rank. Can use molly snubcraft, the gunboat and non-molly equipment with permission. This will be most people.
Veteran
The seconds and the recognized battle leaders. No more than three at any point, they can fly anything short of a Scylla as a personal ship. They have moderate authority.
Grand Master
The faction leader. He can do just about anything he wants.
Scyllas are on a pair of shared accounts for use with approval by Veterans if a certain situation requires it. Which it shouldn't, cuse scyllas suck. Vessel restrictions only apply to faction tagged ships, and faction members are free to fly anything they want on any ship not associated with the Old Guard.
Faction Goals
In-RP
Driving the BAF, independent pirates, Corsairs, and Kusarians from Dublin, Bankrupting and destruction of the BMM, the establishment of an Free Dublin as an anarchistic ideal.
OORP
PvP, and plenty of it, with a solid RP basis. Fun and enjoyment all around. The advancement of tactics and teamwork, events, RP stories revolving around their activities and conflicts, and comic relief through exaggerated drunkeness and insanity.
Methods
In-RP
Open warfare, piracy, guerrilla warfare, lying, stealing, sieging, menancing, terrorism, attacks on important civic, military and economic centers, and general pillaging and burning. Anything and everything that furthers the Cause.
OORP
Extensive use of tactics and teamwork, use of overbearing force when neccesary, the principle of alpha strike, and fighting to win without being jerks.

Faction Description
A group of old Republicans who have totally and irrevocably rejected any form of peace with Bretonia, chosing to band together to continue the fight against all enemies using all methods available.
In addition to their already fanatic devotion to the ideals of the Old Republic, the influence of the sociopathic and insane Eichann Rush has introduced religious zeal into their purpose, transforming their goal into the Cause, and their fight against tryanny into a Holy Crusade against Evil.

just a note/request: please dont go inside the graves station field. its a no-pirate zone; meaning that ganking unlawfuls within the field is permissible and even encouraged. (we want people leaving essex!)

oh and having a traditional anti bretonia molly faction is a welcoming sight:)

I'm probably going to get flayed for this but I feel I must.

Zoners don't do squat for Mollys. Sprolf's [MR] always took the opportunity to fund the Molly cause via a Zoner's pocket book if given the chance, I suggest all Mollys do the same.

If any OSI chaps act like idiots, my PM box is open, you know what to do.
