Basically theres bases owned by all the main trading companies that are like a guard-ish base. and they buy/sell for much higher/cheaper prices. But the rep is very hard to get to land on these bases. So a trader has to 'trade trade trade' to get his/her rep up so that after a long time, they get rewarded by now having access to better routes/profit.
Did that make sense? I wrote this in like two secs cause im talkin with my family on Skype:D
Mmmnah. For one, you can't change rep just by trading. You have to shoot things or take bribes to move your little bars around.
And also, guard IDs are supposedly becoming redundant in the next update, so having them be meaningful for corporations just seems silly.
Trading's fine as it is. We could benefit from some sort of system that only allows certain corporations to haul certain commodities, though, but that's not really related to "corporation guards".

I understand the rep system, i don't know how to describe this to well i guess.
Pretty much, make it so that after a trader does so much, he has access to better but/sell prices. idk, maybe like a trader buff, kinda like the miner one? instead of miner ID/turret you have like trader ship/ID/(some other thing)??
