For now, any ID except a generic ID (ie, Freelancer, Mercenary, Pirate, etc)

All IDs except generic IDs, regardless of cargo limitations.

No, I mean, for example, Junkers have a cargo limitation, so do Rogues and Navy as well as RM.

They are not generic IDs however.

The congress has a Junker ID'd barge which they use quite often - and the admins ok'd this, so I'm guessing it's fine for anyone.

Or only the ones without cargo limitations.

To be on the safe side, I would say only the ID's that don't have a cargo limit can use them.

I know that I currently have a little IC ID/IFF Freighter running around landing on every kind of station that isn't in an asteroid field and the only planet that char has ever been on is Planet Erie.

It's going to be a Barge one of these days......eventually. $550 mill is a butt load of credits for one guy to generate.

AI... well I guess thats also generic
Terrorist ID is SRP'ed only - meaning you get the ship with hte ID so if you can SRP terrorist in barge good luck with it O_o.
