Not sure on the specifics of the first two questions but I believe once corrupted you can't play the character, and hence you lose all of that money.

I made a little search for you, since you didn't do it by yourself :laugh:

Cash should top out at 1.8999999999 billion. The total value of your equipment resale + cash must not exceed 2^31 -1, which is 2,147,483,647 credits. The 1.89 bil cash thing is mostly to make sure you stay safely below the limit, but in the past banks were cropped down to that if they went over.
