Well, ive been wanting a unioner... Can they use the RPC yet or do we have to wait untill 4.86?

It'd be very interesting to get a new view on Rhienland (I've had 5 Rhienland Battleships, I want a taste of the wild side)

unfortunatly, no they cannot aslong as SRP is off. This is what i know, some say you can get them through shared ships with hessians.

but in general you need SRP to get them
