Request for a ship (?)

well, i want a permission (?) to drive one Aurochs Gallic Freighter to trade in sirius (especially liberty) well, the ship is very manouvable and have decent cargo (440) to do some money and them..only want a official permission to stay in liberty trading or a special permission to trade while i can buy another ship of the other houses, to do m work of trading, is mod and faction desicion,
well, if say no let me a time to change my ship for another freighter, or if say yes; that i prefer ^^
