Our men asked around about these guys. Apparently ToP is a subdivision of a much larger group. The other subdivision would be TiP. Want those down as well?
Addendum: apparently we have been mislead. Turns out that even the most trustworthy men are not that trustworthy after all. There is no real evidence to suggest that TiP and ToP are related. We will keep asking around, though. I apologize for the inconvenince. Chris would be sorry as well, but he is currently "incapacitated".

Izzy: I don't currently know where they operate except for outside Rochester which is about to change. Aside from that, if you have the proper credentials to keep you out of trouble and don't mind getting your hands dirty as a freelancer, then I don't mind either.
A video transmission from an unknown, likely tampered, source is received and begins playing. A young Bretonian woman whom Jack may find quite familiar appears on the screen surrounded by equally recognisable Kusarian crew members.
You sound like you could use some help, sweetie. I remember running over one or two of the people you're after in Gallileo. They were tearing apart Kusarian trade ships on the lanes using the dark matter clouds as a choke point.
As a sign that I am willing to put the past into the past, I'd like to offer the assistance of the McDowell Company. We have significant operations in the Galileo / Kepler region and I'd be happy to put some of my firepower to use to your benefit.
