The Children of Anarchy were once a great clan amongst the Gallic Brigands, one of the largest and most influential pirate gangs in the Gallic Border Worlds. During their prime years of the Second Gallic War, they were led by a warlord known as Gerard 'Butch' Marcoux, a man feared by the Royalists for his brutal guerilla tactics and operations. Butch did not live to see the end of the war though, as he and his elite bomber wing were wiped out by overwhelming Royal Navy fighters in 733 A.G.S. (817 A.S.).

The Children of Anarchy lived truely anarchistic for two years, as a dog with no master, until the rise of the Legion des Damnes in early 735 A.G.S (819 A.S.). The son of the late warlord Butch, Francis Marcoux, took it upon himself to follow in his father's footsteps, and keep the Brigands free, as they had operated for centuries before.

The Legion des Damnes had recently climbed to power, spearheading the new Brigand Conclave. Francis Marcoux was made a member of the Conclave, representing the Children of Anarchy, and in his own eyes, the truely free Brigands.

While the Children of Anarchy see themselves as free, without master and without god, the Crimelord and his right-hand man must sometimes handle matters that require group representation. Matters like these could cover, while not being restricted to, justice, diplomacy and organisation of operations.

  • Keep the Legion in line, ensuring they never allow the Brigands to become a dictatorship.
  • Expand into Sirius, making alliances with the Outcasts and Golden Chyrsanthemums.
  • Aquire blueprints to produce Sirian 'Borderworlds' ships.
  • Corner a deal for complete Brigand control over the Cardamine import into Gallia.

Crimelord
Akura - Francis 'Frankie' Marcoux

Sergeant-at-Arms
eXisTence E24 - Gilles Feydeau

Bandits
Everyone else in the CoA is a Bandit.
All ships allowed, Gunboats must be run by the Crimelord or Sgt-at-Arms before purchase.

Were you actually expecting a roster? That would be both difficult, and would require very frequent updating.
When you join the CoA, you're free from being on a roster!

The Children of Anarchy have few rules and regulations, but those few that exist must be followed, or you have no place amongst us.

1. The Children of Anarchy must never attack another Brigand, or our allies, unless in self defence if there is no other choice to survive.

2. The Children of Anarchy may trade and deal in any substance, as long as they keep their body clear of any semi-permanently and permanently addictive substances. This pretty much covers Cardamine.

3. The Children of Anarchy are not to deal in the slave trade, freedom is our strongest foundation. That being said, we do nothing to stop it.

4. Always listen to the Crimelord or Sgt-at-Arms, failing to do so may lead to undesired death.

There is no CoA recruitment process, simply make a character and tag them. Then send me a message on Skype and I'll add you to the chat. You are proven worthy of the CoA until you prove otherwise.

No one has anything to say this time around? Is it because of the lack of drama?

If you want to play a faction because that faction appeals to you, wonderful. If you want to play a faction because someone else is and you dont think they are doing it right, or want to stop them from playing it, you are failing.

By looking at the first line in your goals section, I think you are failing.

You should call yourselves Children of Sister Mary, suits you more. Oh also, is any of your goals pirating (cause you haven't mentioned it) or you just play to trade and avoid sex, alcohol, cigarettes and drugs until you get sabres then just shoot around when bored ?

I like the recruitment process. I'm sure no one will abuse it.

Nah, the LE cut us in, we're about to be a constant pain in their ear by making sure they don't try to alter the Brigands too drastically. They altered their lore without altering their faction too much, making it more friendly.

When new Brigand groups surface, they have a chance at being on the Brigand Council-thing, and have a say in stuff.

I'd say we were successful, we're now working with the LE, helping them where they might have problems, and vice-versa.

I meant to remove Nicotine, cause it's stupid, but the Children of Anarchy believe they must be truely free, and Cardamine is a one-way trip. If you take it, you can never, ever quit. You're stuck on it for life.

It thought that people would assume that we pirate people. Pirating people and smuggling to be bad and make lots of cash isn't really a goal, it's more of a thing we do to either pass the time, or help with our goals.

I don't think anyone likes Brigands enough. It's not a problem until it is, I'll deal with it then.

Also, people can challenge me for leadership if a large enough people want a change.

Gotta disagree with this one. Slavery is the business of the Brigands in Gallia, not the Corse's or the Maquis'. Someone has to do it. By refusing to do it, you're just hurting your own faction.

I want to get off Mr. Igiss' wild ride.

And we're but a fraction of the Brigands, there are plenty more Brigands around. We're more interested in stealing and moving to Sirius.

Also, it's up for discussion within the CoA.
