Well, I get the feeling you may be referring to the Pirate Transport, which is not actually a Liberty Rogue ship (contrary to it's infocard), and is available to everyone, including Corsairs.

Though, the Barghest, Rogue Gunboat, Scylla and whatnot are LR/Molly, and not available for use by Corsairs.
