I know my opinion carries no weight but I am still going to lament the demise of a coherent mining side to the game.

Basically with mining ops in several places I am tired of logging on all over the place to find drops at 1.5 or so which is just not worth anyones time.

Tau-23 has been dead for days now.

Of course someone will come on and say it's still a wonderful opportunity for quality RP but as far as I'm concerned that's crap.

Please get rid of this illogical OORP field depletion and eventual maybe sometime 'regeneration' system.

It sucks.

Don't tell me to go trade. That's all I do lately because mining is megatriplenerfed.

Troll away. I'm expecting it.

I don't mind mining as it is now at all.

On a side note: saying "x is broken, fix it", makes you look like a child who's candy was taken away. People spent hours upon hours of their free time for this, and they won't fix it just because you feel like it. You want changes, do something more than just pointing out the obvious.

Tau -23 is dead because it's quite dangerous area to mine in, it was never too much active with miners. But take for example Omega 7, I see tons of miners there each and everyday.

Trust me it's not dead because it's dangerous. It's dead because you can't earn creds.

Oh since I posted this I checked all the fields in the North of O 7 and they are dead too.

I sense you are very angry :angry2:

Maybe you should join the AFA? We are all angry Farmers.

Anyway, yes I too have found Mining frustrating in its new format, I always seem to pick the dead field. However Trading is fun too, you just need to find a route that you enjoy :D

I think what he means is that mining was nerfed a lot, no matter in what fields people mine. It's more of a general problem.

Tau 37 :D

Now that is dangerous

Dresden I gave up on early in the nerfing process

Never had any worthwhile drops there.
