Good day ladies and gentlemen. As I am sure you are all aware, Interspace Commerce has recently undergone a management change. While we are all sad to see Mr Sherman go, we are more then happy to welcome David Mahone as our new president and CEO.


Mr Mahone will be officially taking office tonight at 6GMT and will be holding a press conference shortly there after, and would like to invite you all to have a chance for him to answer your questions.
