It's been a while since I got this peice of mail and disregarded it.

Im sure my fine's are still on file. It should be known that the DL Series registered as The-101-Express in the denko cloud in Kepler. I captain a Zoner exploration vessel independently registered to me, and have not entered Rheinland or docked at any Rheinland bases since receiving this message - the reason is simple, I've had no need to.
