Is there a reason you guys have no feedback thread, save for maybe avoiding to deal with people that you blow up? You could just ignore those, obviously, and go to the next call, but I'm the kind that believes that constructive criticism can always help. You do have an information thread so people can understand you guys better, so why not let yourselves be (constructively) criticized?

I was wondering because a friend of mine encountered one of you guys in-game and when I tried to refer that friend to your feedback thread, I noticed there was none.

I want to get off Mr. Igiss' wild ride.

There is no requirement that factions have a feedback thread.
This would be in Mod orange if I wasn't on my itouch.

Done, Zely

I know that there's no requirement. Do I not have the right to ask questions anymore?

There's a section regarding feedback on the bottom of the information thread:

Quote:Faction feedback
Address any faction feedback directly in private manner, this thread is not meant for feedback. This includes ooRP incidents reports, discussion of the faction policies, roleplay, etc.

Contacts are available via Phoenix.Alpha

Please, present your feedback in constructive manner. Rants and other mindless PM'€™s will be ignored. Thank you for your time.

We don't have a feedback thread because experience taught us it usually ends in pointless flamewars.

Last time we posted one it got locked in about an hour.

More hassle than it's worth, and people who have legitimate issues don't have a problem with contacting the Keepers via Skype or forum PMs.

That's fault of moderators when they lock the thread instead of punishing idiots that led to it.

Feedback should be given, as if it's constructive, it might lead to a better encounter next time. Some people are just too proud of themselves to recieve any criticism and can't handle that. Well. I think community such as this should be open minded and seek ways for making this place better. Sadly it's internet where most of people don't behave as themselves and it leads to huge flame wars without proper evidence to boost someone's ego or trying to look cool/right.

/rant about crappy stuff

True, feedback is always good. Feedback helps improve something - what faction is maybe doing wrong. But as John said, if there's just too much flame going on about it, then presumably, won't be any 'constructive' feedback, just pointless whining about this and that, then there's no real point in having feedback thread.

Therefore - there are ways to give feedback - pm it to John, or someone else within Keepers, I'm sure it will get in right hands. That way - we will receive feedback - and everyone is happy.

Or just be hard on those flamers? Easier to punish someone once, then to lock thread twice. Examples should be made, and others might start to behave.

But then examples are not made in good way. Every feedback thread I was got flamed got just locked, nothing more. And sorry, about keeper feedback, I'm not really fan of reading 20 pages of nonsense.
