and I'm wonder maybe We will add to connecticut or another amusement place something simmilar?
or maybe two wersions, one normal, secon one with guns insde (set hostile to all)
'Flying through gates' is a gameplay element common to many space sims, usually as part of a tutorial or a racetrack. It would be kind of hard to pinpoint exactly which game used it first (arguably Elite, as stations has a docking bay made rather dangerous by the station's constant spinning)
Easy to do, they are just station's sitting in one big line.
Any model in FL can be made into a simple static thing, just like a weapons platform or a bit of debris.

Just my opinion...
Not sure how it doesn't fit into Discovery. We role play, racing is but one aspect of flying in space. We have the race track in Dublin. It isn't out of the realm of possibility that another would be built.

Having massive space-station parts to build up a very long tube (that probably inRP costs huge sums of credits) just for racing and amusament is very improbably.
