OPERATION SPRING HARVEST

The following is restricted material. Unauthorized access will result in criminal prosecution. Reproduction of contents is forbidden.

OBJECTIVE

The primary objective of this operation is disruption of the Federal epublic of Rheinland's (from here on refered to as Rheinland) economy through the interdiction of any and all vessels carrying cargo or otherwise interacting within its borders. Gold Wing will be inserted into Rheinland aboard civilian ships squawking freelancer codes under the guise of a fictitious pirate organization called the Diamondbacks.

Priority cargo which can be re-purposed for the war effort is to be confiscated and delivered into Liberty via a Border Worlds transport broadcasting independent trader codes. The following is considered priority cargo:

• Superconductors
  
• Engine Components
  
• Ship Hull Panels
  
• Military Vehicles
  
• Light Arms
  

All other cargo commodities are to be dealt with at Gold Wing's discretion.

PHASE 1 - Insertion

Gold Wing will be inserted into Rheinland through Bering utilizing jump holes reconnoitered previously. They are to proceed to the New Berlin system and base out of Kreuzberg Depot located at grid 4C. It is imperative that contact is avoided and strict radio silence followed until insertion is complete.


PHASE 2 - Reconnaissance

Operators are instructed to obtain system maps of the following systems:

• New Berlin
  
• Stuttgart
  
• Hamburg
  
• Frankfurt
  

These systems comprise the primary area of operation until further notice.

PHASE 3 - Interdiction

This is the final phase of the operation. Operators are instructed to begin interdiction of shipping in an effort to destabilize Rheinland's economy. Priority cargo listed above is to be confiscated and brought to Liberty to be re-purposed for the war effort. Phase 3 is to continue until operation is terminated.

CONTINGENCY

Confrontation with Rheinland authorities is to be avoided at all costs. Self defense is to be used only in dire circumstances. As Gold Wing will be basing out of the Junker base in New Berlin, it is imperative that Rheinland authorities are never led to the base. Should problems with Junkers arise, a set of evidence has been compiled to leverage them into compliance.

The government of Liberty and all its branches is to deny any and all knowledge of the existence of this operation.

For the duration of the mission, operator records are to be deleted and kept on a hard backup not connected to the NeuralNet. Once the operation is complete, the records are to be reinstated with Operation Spring Harvest redacted from their history.

• Three (3) CTE-6000 Eagle Very Heavy Fighters
  
• Two (2) CTE-19000 Roc Bombers
