Design of family shield wanted

So what i want is a "weapon shield" for my outcast family

example: (altho i think this is a realy bad one, seems unprofessional

The family is named De Castillo (should be mentioned somewhere

What influences should it have (imma give alot of stuff if most of it is in it ill be happy)
-outcast colour (should have orange touches in it, not completely orange but it should be present)
- the outcast symbol would be nice
Example
- some Templar influences would be nice(thse are not required)

the minimum price is 75 mill, but if i realy like it, id put in an extra (and gentlemen,an extra 5 mill or so aint an extra in my eyes )

Changed my mind,

Where it says jacobson it should say: De Castillo
Where it says Germany: it should say: Malta
The red symbol in the middle should be replaced with the somewhat more outcast symbol i gave an example of in the first post
the red colours chould be changed to orange

thats all, 100 mills are waiting for the one who can deliver this end result.
