As requested by a number of players, we have removed the rep-ninja on the GRN and GRP NPC factions with respect to the other NPC factions.
All new ships will start out hostile to the GRN and GRP. However it is now possible to improve your reputation with respect to these factions so that you can operate and dock in Gallia.

It's because normally all Sirians are forbidden from entering Gallia, so the Gallic Navy and Police shoot them if found in Gallia. This is part of Gallia's lore. Thus, the NPCs show that. However, there are exceptions to that, and this allows those exceptions to be excepted from player -and- NPC hostility now, which is very helpful in promoting not only RP in Gallia, but activity, which is very difficult to generate there, considering the current situation. Trade fuels pirates which fuel navy and police, which fuel more pirates. Unfortunately, with NPCs repninja'd hostile to everyone, there is no trade to be had. This fixes that.
If you don't have the proper permission to trade in Gallia, GRN players will still shoot you:D
Yeah right, I see tons of traders on daily basis (which I do pirate HAR HAR HAR) and none of them got approval. Don't worry, I do your jobi n removing them given the fact they NEVER comply. :P
No matter if you are a trader, a fighter, a barge or whatever, it's part of the gallic lawful roleplay and you'll have to get along with this if you plan to roleplay with us.
