Rules violation reports are to be posted here:

http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?showforum=50

If the proof you have is not solid enough, however, it'll most likely be "not guilty until proven guilty".
As well, there's something strange in what you say: if he were to F1 out in space, he would still be in space for 59 seconds. You get the logged-off-message not until his ship has disappeared.

So, either he was kicked by the server because of some malfunction (which is not his fault then) or what you say is not true.
Anyways, you say the fight was already over, so I don't understand the meaning of this.

I log off in space all the time, never during a combat though. It's only f1ing in combat that's illegal, you can F1 in sapce as much as you want so long as you're not being fired upon when you do it. Oh and that includes when you are running from an engagement and being chased. No cloaking devices in this game.

So...he killed you, then F1'ed? Nothing wrong with that. I honestly don't see the problem here.

And to be honest, nor do I ... If its a sanction report you want to make, you know where to put it. If not,
trial by forum is not an option here, especially as it would seem nothing untoward took place.
