Guten Tag investors of Sirius, due to a new programm of the Rheinland Department Of Correction, a new serie of prison liners will be launched soon.

As you know it, the prisons overcrowding went to a point where the police stations and the prisons are totally full and unable to receive the new inmates, the governement decided to buy a few vessels, financed by the rheinland government itself, and also by a few private companies.

The new PL-953 Strafanstalt, the finial of Prison Liners in the rheinland space is the new programm that will revolutionise the inmates life of tomorrow. Only problem of this programm, the cost, and that's where you, traders and investors of all around Sirius could make a nice deal.

The funds needed in this project haven't been fixed yet, but it should be around 100 millions of credits, depending on the work made on the prototype newt weeks and the correctional officers trained.

We may be able to provide you this loan, here are our conditions :

Payement will have to occur within 2 weeks at a 20% interest rate. First payement after 1 week : 1/2 the borrowed money and 1/2 the interest : 60 Mil. Same at the end of the 2nd week.
You may ask for an extension if you are late, 5 Mil a week, with our agreement. If you are late and play dead it'll be 10 Mil a week.
