/drawcash and /givecash

Today I've had a little issue. I try to both /drawcash and /givecash from my bank ship but instead I get this message.

I never seen it before. What's the matter? Can someone help me?

The char you were logged in, didn't have enought played time. I think you need at least 1 hour to Drawcash from your bank.

You probably tried to use those commands on a fresh character, that time limit thing exists to prevent credit farming.

Another player can send you money if you don't still have 1 hour in game, but you can't send money, and you can't draw money either.

Awww... that's weird. Finally I am able once again to draw and give cash.

Wrong, you can draw cash as a freshman. As in, today I made a starflier to move a few ships into a new account, I drew the cash from my back which had more then 30 minutes though.

Overall, get 30 minutes of online time and it should work. If you can't waste such time, go to Conn and lulz in it while on fire, it's how I did it.

Drawd cash with brandbew chars more than once.

Possibly the char you tried to draw from was a fresh one?

(Or they changed some stuff lately)
