Sig and transmission bar needed for Samura

[Samura Heavy Industries]

We need one sig measuring 600 x 200 pixals.
The emblem for Samura is this.
Samura's colours are gold and black.
Must contain the words Samura Heavy Industries.

We also need a set of transmission bars.
The bars have to include a transparent window that we can place faces behind to represent individuals.
There will need to be room to place a name and position in as well.

150 million credits to the winner, 200 million if it is exceptional!
