Name changing?

I just bought a name change certificate ingame, but I can't find the right topic on the forums to post the desired name to be changed. Any help with that?

It disconnects you without leaving your ship vulnerable in the space for one minute.

Name change certificate is an invalid item. to rename you must doe this,
/renameme Charname.
If you are stuck because the time limit do this,
Tranfer char to an other acount then rename . the acount transfer will remove the time limit .
