Hmmmm. I may be wrong,or out of date here. But didn't the admins put a ban on blanket bounties? Like 6month's back or so. Not that i am against them. Hell i will station my Liberty,and rheinland combat craft near JH's,and JG's and start blasting the hell out of all Samura vessal's as to me this bounty is a declaration of war.
All of you know that many others will also do the same,and a few lolwuts in cap's will probly get ban slammed to for it. IE reason why i believe the "blanket bounties" were made a no no issue.
If i am wrong,or has changed and i missed it? Just ignore this transmission.:unsure:

Only official factions are allowed to issue them now. And yeah... That list does seem to be extremely excessive. If you want to kick all the foreigners out of Kusari, get the AFA to put that board up, then pay for the kills for them. Given that you're allowing people to register for your board, that makes it public. Making it public means anyone who searches for it knows about it inRP. Knowing about it inRP means you run into severe troubles later on.

I'd make it a lot more discreet or a lot less all-encompassing, personally.

Good point. I have re-considered my position,and think i will move all my ship's that fall under any of those listed in bounty to Kusari borders(and some into Kusari) and start targeting all samura ship's for revenge.
IE: RP my chars are avenging comrade's/co-worker's/asociate's/friends/family/brother's in arms that have been victoms of said bounty.
Time for a jolly good time of smashing all those Samura vessal's i never had a reason to attack in the past. This could become very interesting indeed.:rolleyes:


Edit: OH OH i just realised i got 1.8billion i been wodering what to do with. I need to chat with a few of the faction's i am in now,and blanket bounty all those Kusari ship's in Rhienland,and Liberty. Now i am really smiling. "big smile....BIG SMILE"

Well, I think it makes sense, Samura is the biggest corporation in Sirius, and they got that way by ruthlessly eliminating the competition via the usage of their muscle (Hogosha and Farmers Alliance). And if you read some rumours and infocards throughout Kusari, it's pretty obvious that Samura aggressively protects it's side of the shared monopoly over Kusarian industry and shipping.

So, with all the xenophobia and nationalism in Kusari, and Samura's history of using less-lawful groups to do their dirty work to kill off the competition, I think it's a rather good idea.


Edit: And Ryoken, Samura is not stupid, they use the Hogosha and Farmers Alliance to do their dirty work while they stay clean, which means that in RP, Samura will obviously make sure that they are not connected to any killings, so if you just randomly start shooting up Samura ships, you're metagaming, and in breech of RP rules.

And by doing so, possibly incurring the wrath of Liberty and Rheinland Military in a worst case scenario? Liberty and Rheinland would not stand for a Kusari corporation actively hunting down their units, especially in public like this.

I agree that Samura is ruthless, but in behind closed doors, not openly sponsoring KoS lists of lawful units.
