Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. If you have received this communication, it is probably because you are a space-faring citizen of Bretonia, or a trade client of our great House. In recent times, piracy has been on the rise. It is important that countermeasures to piracy remain one step ahead of the parasites themselves. Consequently, the Bretonian Neighbourhood Watch has been devised as a stride in the right direction.
Although sponsored by a number of core Bowex employees, the Watch is open for use by all corporations and individuals working in and around Bretonian systems. If you encounter piratical elements in the Cambridge, Cortez, Dublin, Edinburgh, Leeds, Magellan, Manchester, New London, Newcastle, Omega 3, Omega 7 or Omega 49* systems, append evidence to this frequency, and the information will be included in our own publicly published list. The information will also be forwarded to BPA and BAF liaisons. A bounty board may be opened in the future.
We are looking for information on freelancers who bend the law, mercenaries who hunt our transports, pirates who terrorise shipping and Rheinlandic and Kusari privateers who murder innocent civilians. If you encounter any of the above, record their name, ID and ship type. They will be added to our database so others can avoid or prepare for them. Bowex, BPA and BAF docking permissions will be revoked for individuals found to be guilty of perpetrating crimes against Bretonian citizens and shipping. Other groups may subscribe and revoke docking as desired.
This is a community effort, ladies and gentlemen. We are putting aside political and social prejudices and allegiances for the good of Bretonia and the protection of her merchants. We implore you do the same, and aid us in this community endeavour. Bowex or Gateway; BMM or IMG - we should all strive for a better tomorrow - a tomorrow free of theft and murder on the spatial shipping straits.
Yours sincerely,
~Andrew Peterson.
*So long as your destination is Port Jackson on Gran Canaria.

Well, I just had a rather ghastly encounter with a fellow called Victor.McBernik. It was a Liberty Rogue Werewolf, working out of the Cortez system. No doubt he thought Bowex would be a soft target, but I gave him what for before retreating to Curacao. Here's the details:
Code:
[b]Name:[/b] Victor.McBernik.
[b]ID:[/b] Liberty Rogue.
[b]Ship:[/b] Werewolf VHF.
