First of all , I want to appologise to everyone for starting this post... u can delete it at anytime. BUT the happenings in Gamma spilled the last drop of my patience and nerves.
I don't know what to say. It's just a thing I can't understand and cope with.
While moving my new char from Delta to gamma in order to reveal the map of it Dab logged on. He started by asking if I and any Phantoms have chars in Gamma. I answered yes. He sayed that i can't have chars there , because i don't owe the system. I asked him if he wants an organised fight for it. He sayed yes , and I told him to speak with Kane for it. Here are pics of the conversation:

And the next part of the conversation.I'm in gamma enroute to Tripoli in order to mapp the system out.Right now i have mapped only the unknown hole and theta hole. Crimson Vo is haveing a talk with me about Dab's behaviour and.. u can read it:

This made me angry... Attacking a light fighter with a missle cruser..WoW thats so brave and powershowing... I just landed and switched to my cruser to even the odds.The conversation when I landed:

As you can see Vtec changed to his lib cruser too, wich is in Gamma.
And the fight begins... 2vs1 ... and they both loose...Dabs excuse no#1 for not fighting on full: "I hitted the Corsairs mooring fixture with a missle , i need to f1"
Corsairs were mad at him...why should i care - its 2 vs 1 and he did it to himself...but no , he docked and f1 and... here are the pics:

Here they both have gotten what they asked for. And Dab is asking for F1 permition. I give it to him. He F1's and finds out that the corsairs have knocked his shield.

Oh yeah, as u can see he switches to his fighter. By that time Vitec had died more than enough times for him to leave...Again 2 against 1

Ok. So i sitch to my fighter char... dab switches to the cruser...
I switch to the cruser ( and disable/kill Viec again)

By this time Vo has arrived to help me , but unfortunately he wasn't much of a help ( sorry bud , you tried I apreciate that , but you aren't good enough for them..)
And so Dab was switching and i did in order to be in the same class ship that he is in, and fighting , Vitec got kiled again and again...

As you can see they both have died. They both switched to fighters. And Dab continued to be an *******.

I waited him to check his engine kill...and while typing he attacked with no warning and nova...horay! Victory for him - "NOW GET OUT!"

AND then surprisingly Maruder come to aid Dab (!!??) - in a Hugenout!

Two against one again. A cruser ... my fighter wasn't with novas. I think you get the picture.. yeah i died... several times... but so did Dab ... no matter of the cruser helping him.

So I switch to cruser too...and i have a medium success...mostly none against two players with novas...

And now comes the BIG talkin'. Darkstar comes... Several small skirmishes...this time Dab wins 10x to Maruder... but maruder sees what Dab is doing isn't right...he tolds him as we all to drop things down... but Dab is as we in Bulgaria say "Stubborn as a donkey in the middle of a bridge"...Maruder is annoyed , and warns Dab...Dab isn't listening... Maruder blows Dab and leaves the system... By that time i switch to my LF and leave the system too...only to post THIS...
I have no words... Maybe Dab here wants to really meake me mad...DO U KNOW WHAT? I AM MAD NOW. HAPPY? FROM NOW ON I'M GONNA MAKE THIS SERVER LIVING HELL FOR DAB AND ANYONE WHO SUPPORTS HIM. HE HAS TAKEN MATTERS TO A PERSONAL LEVEL LONG AGO. I DIDNT RESPOND, I KEPT COOL. BUT I'M NOT A ROCK. AND U DAB HAVE REALLY CROSEED MY PAIENS AND TOLERANCE LIMIT. NO MERCY!!!!

Like I said in anohter post I thought Dab was doing his 'hunt the phantoms' RP thing, once I realised he wasn't I only shot at people who fired on me.
I'm sorry I help Dab vladic :$ , if I'd known what he was doing I'd have gone elsewhere.
I am also fed up with Dab's behaviour this has to stop or I'm seriously gonna be leaving the server for good. :angry:
Dab's attitude towards 'AW claimed systems' is stupid, he seems to think that just because his faction has claimed a system it means he can control who goes there and what they do.
Yeah funny how Damned only posts screenshots of two of the 9 or 10 times he dies but feels the need to post exactly how many timies Vtec dies. And I stand by my statement. You might be mature but you have not been polite AT ALL even before this started happening you were always being a jerk to any in AW. He is doing exactly what Stealth did. He is taking out something on a whole faction because he does not like its leader.
And I don't see why this had to be a big arguement to get his (multiple) phantom chars out when he could have without this arguement the tons of times I have ASKED him too.
Also he talks about me changing number of times I die. He posted two, only two of the 9-10 times HE dies. And funny that when he screenshots most of the things I talk to him about it is not in the chat window so you can't see the rest of the conversation. Which is why he did it. He just concealed over half his deaths but felt compelled to show how others where. At least when I do that I also say EXACTLY how many times I die.
And Damned needs to stop acting as if he is the only one things happen to. I have to deal with an average of 3-4 people that are immature and impolite (even more so than he is being right now) every day. All I did was ask if he could please move the Phantom characters out of Gamma until they fight for it. He tells me to talk to Dark about it and then sits there. When Kane comes and we have a 3v4 TG and AW beat Phantoms and Crimson. Vo left and was polite about it. But what Vladic does is fly to FP9 dock and then just sit there, and ignoring everything I say. I asked him politely to move his things he doesn't respond. And he calls THAT being calm?! Seems more like rudeness and immaturity.
Also he calls attacking him everytime he enters Omicrons harrassment. Well do you see the Rheinland police only attacking Red Hessiens every once in awhile or every time they see them? Do you see world governments only sometimes tracking down terrorists and trying to protect their countries!? No they attack Pirates and terrorists ON SITE. As I said before, if you enter the Omicrons expect to be attacked until you aren't there anymore. This is nothing more than protecting my "country" from terrorists. How can you call protecting people harrassment of the attackers???

I did already state about that. I said it could have been resolved without a big arguement.
This is really getting out of control. Dab: You are related to the Zoners as your FL faction, right? So what the heck are you doing trying to run a Corsair system? I'm starting to think that the Corsairs are the ones really getting fed up with this. They're down on Crete saying, "Excuse me? Yeah, you Asgard whatists? This is OUR home. OUR system. WE decide who stays and who goes. Not YOU. Got it?"
You have to remember, nobody OWNS any system; you work WITH the people who do. The Rhinland Military don't OWN any systems; they help out the RFP and the RN. The Sirius Federation don't OWN any of the Britonian systems; they work WITH the Armed Forces and the police. The TG don't OWN any of the Taus; they live with Planetform and the IMG and help them out from Pirates and the like. The Zoners could only really OWN one system, and that's Theta, not Gamma.
Gamma is, as I said, a CORSAIR system. If they like the Phantoms, why should YOU get to say "You can't be in Gamma, because we own it." ? You don't own it, you are let in by the people who do.
Wolf, if this keeps up, perhaps you could do a little RP admining and let Dab know the Corsairs are fed up with him trying to make rules for them. Namely by making them hate him.

Umm Kane why would pirates want some terrorists trying to take over all of Sirius and enslave them. According to the Phantom RP information we have all of Sirius should be your enemies... Your not pirates nor actual terrorists. You are trying to conquer everyone. And if you change the minds of the Corsairs to your will then it is our job to "free" them. So don't talk about RP breaches. Also this arguement with me and Damned is not about system restrictment so much as it is about him wanting to go anywhere he wants and expects to be left alone. And yes Zoners only OWN Theta but their influence stretches out to Gamma. This whole thing could be resolved by making the three death rule official as most won't follow it unless it IS official.
And how do you know that Corsairs would like the Phantoms. Their goals are completely different and Phantom goals go against Corsair's goals. Would you ally with someone if you knew afterwords they would conquer you and force you into things?
BTW I know its off-topic but Kane have you read my thread about needing another Vanished-like thread. There is at least one thing you have to talk about... It starts with a R and has a ' 3 letters into it...
As of right now, all of my attacks have been against the Houses. The pirate factions havn't been touched by myself, or any of the Phantoms. Besides, THEY don't know that I want to burn all of Sirius. They just think i'm taking some much-needed action against the Houses. I like them well enough, mind you. So after the main Houses are out of the way, i'll give them the choise. And let's face it, so far as the pirates are concerned, the Phantoms are probobly the best things that happened to them. And after, why not join up with this intersteller empire? You get all these perks, and all you have to do is get an operation and serve them whenever they need you.
Trust me, if the Nomads were a joinable faction with bases and everything, i'd love to go with them and declare war on every FL faction. However, because the Nomads don't have any systems or bases (that, and you can't ally with them) to do that now would be suicide. Where would we respawn? Where would we go? How would we survive if we had no allies? We would not, and that's the bottom line.
As for Raf'el, I already made a post in the Sci-fi thread about it. You'll have to do a bit of digging, I think, but it's there.
