A member of the Independent Miner's Guild was seen by me personally to be hauling BRETONIAN gold ore from Dublin, while I do not have any problems with the IMG mining in Dublin, this particular Slanty supporter was hauling the ore, in a Slanty ship! This man expected not to offend every single Bretonian, even though he was metaphorically slapping our queen and country in the face! This man flies an Akegata, and expects to haul Bretonian ore in peace, prove him wrong. I tried to do so, and asked him politely to cease use of that ship while in Bretonia, and he essentially told me to shove it.
I'm offering 10 million credits for this guy. To be collected by mercs friendly with Bretonia, if you want to collect, show proof of friendly reputation to Bretonia, and proof of this man's death.
