After brushing him off he proceeded to trail after me during my patrol in Northern Seto, even when warned to clear off he ignored such orders, his line of questioning along with the various comments and his blatant tracking of my ship leads me to suspect he's either a Bretonian Intelligence Agent or a Freelancer in their employ.
