You are exactly right it did help us, we just wanted to try something more simple as far as "The Rank ID" thing thank you very much for the advise ( we try not to copy any one doing new things hehe )
I met your guys in Dublin and we cooperated a bit. Hunted an Outcast, and it was fine.
But what I didn't like was the "standard answer" that I get of so many indie IMGs when we come to the question whether we could help them mine:
"No, we mine cheaper for ourselves. Thank you for the offer.".
So we logged the 2 unemployed, useless Mafics off and thought: meeeeh
I know that it's "best" to mine your own ore, then jettison it, and run your own ore.
It's bad for cooperation. It's bad for rp.
This is why we decided to go for 50% of the selling price so that we can coop with everybody. We also discourage our people not to solo-mine-run because it creates no interaction.

I hope it did not offend you all minners in this faction work different some will support the IMG some do their
own thing some just want to mine alone make the profit and avoid other distractions like conversations and
situations that may distract them on their main focus...which is minning I personally apologise for the current event. Please try to understand every one has their own style

Perhaps a piece of advice: a faction is seen by others in the way it presents itself to the others.
Meaning: if your miners don't want to interact, they will get no rp interaction. That's the "silent miner" stereotype and we both know it's 100 % negative.
I strongly advise to encourage interaction with people that are not in your faction because only these contacts make your faction "alive". This game is not about virtual money, it's (in my opinion) about the maximised fun that you can get by payling together. That involves not going for 100 % profit and solo-mining-trading but cooperating with others (even though it means 50 % less profit).

Actully the members could not take the roleplay serious enough they could not handle minning with IMG
This was a total failure the minners would not work with other people and it was bad for RP very bad for the community and I suggest...I get more ....serious with these people so the ones that had an issue with
roleplay quit UMT :rtfm: rules are rules and they could not handle it they said I was to bossy I only tried to tell them hey dont go breaking RP they didnt like it at all they quit UMT now I have to recruit more members Makes me sick.....betrayel Ewwww

No one was insulting you, nothing was directed at you or your members, yet you planet dive, then log off to switch to a Gunboat and proceeded killing people for no apparent reason, and I should mention with little-to-no roleplay at all.

first of all hoban was the most annoying member in my faction I only kept if for so long because I didnt want to kick him out:( third he became a jerk so now he wants to talk junk so be it!
