Eva, how are you?

I uhm... Need some help. Basically, I'm unsure if something I am about to send is the right thing to say, and honestly, it's been a struggle coming up with the words. It's an extremely delicate situation, as you've seen, and a lot of people are extremely scared... I don't want to freak the poor girl out, but this is what I've recorded to sent to Carrie Dababi.

I know it seems like I'm being unsure and... Well, I am. You seem to have a slightly better grip on how to do this kind of thing. There are a lot of people's lives resting on this, and while I can deal with gunfire, this isn't so easy. The file is attached below.

David Hale sits down infront of the camera and looks at the lens for a second before speaking, and clears his throat

Miss Dababi, I'm not particularly good at delivering messages like this, and it's not something I have to do all too often, but here I am anyway.

He pauses for a second before continuing

We are... I am, deeply concerned about your welfare and that of Miss Aleesha Cooper. I'm aware of a large part of the ongoing situation between you two and the rogue Alexis Glover. We already know that you were held captive by Glover, and we know that you are suffering from some medical condition.

Hale's expression softens

We want to help you. This situation is having an impact on a great many people. Miss Cooper is an extremely valuable asset to Liberty, and is someone who has a great many friends who are concerned for her wellbeing. She is a likeable and popular person in Liberty and we miss her greatly.

We are asking for your help in resolving this situation without anyone getting hurt or harmed, as well as offering to support you and give you whatever protection that is required. I am personally overseeing this investigation, and I can assure you that your safety is one of my highest priorities.

Please, Miss dababi, let us know where you are, and give us as much information as you possibly can regarding this situation. I would like to meet you in person if possible, and we can discuss security arrangements for you, as well as offering you a safe haven within Liberty.

Hale leans forward and turns off the camera
