Ok didnt know where to put this so here we go.

Well i self destructed my ship in conn. thinking it might be cool to try..... well i dont think it was. The char name is IMG|Gene.Starwind[D] and every time i sign in now it says i am cheating:(this is hard to believe because i am clean i swear. and the second thing is i am now in a starflier, so did i loose my Hemidalls and MR and all my good stuff?

Please help me i had no Idea what would happen. I knew i would blow up but... not like this:(

Um yes, well, selfdestruct turns you into an enginless starflea.

Advice: Ask Cannon REEEEEEEEAL nicely if he will restore your ship.

You are getting cheating codes because your strafle probably still has guns of whatever ship you were using before mounted. Personally, I'm guessing a gunboat. Why do people use selfdestruct on gunboats? Or battleships? Seriously.

Cause some people think cap ships are boring without the pretty explosions they make.

However still surprising how so many don't know the effects of /selfdestruct....

As far as I know, the /selfdestruct command needs a confirmation after a warning, so anybody could know what will happen. Something like /selfdestruct 0000 or something... or am I mistaken?

no - no, you are not. that especially is what confuses me. there is a warning, and a code you must enter to actually activate it.

it should also state: ' -NO- reversals afterwards! NONE! '
