World of mining!

After a lot of searching on the forum, I still has no answer about some questions, so I have to ask for them or their location.

As I realised there are a lot of changes about prices, drops, fields, etc. but I cant find a topic what contains all of the changes and needed informations. For example I had an interaction today with a BMM miner, who used BMM ID/IFF, mining turrets and a Mafic, but had no bonuses...and it was so odd, because I couldnt help him.

Is there any place on the forum where I could find the informations about the changes?

THIS might help you, it's from a miner for miners, it should contain the latest updates in the mining system. Although I am a mining fanatic myself, I have clearly no idea why the BMM member had problems, I yould suggest changing the field he mined in or change his ship, I am not sure though ( maybe he is just not-so-good at mining and needs practise ).

Where was he mining? If it's an active field, it's possible that it was "mined out."

He mined at the "public" mine field and it has drop just a very low one. (0.5-1) what was so odd, since he used the "complete BMM setup".
