Cannon made some changes which sadly introduced risk (10-20%) to lose the money transfer/draw. It's not a risk in a sense that this intentional. It's a bug that seems to happen 10-20% of the time, maybe less.

Seems to "bug" when /givecash Target is online and then gets kicked for cheating (initiated from the /givecash command).

When this bug occurs, the recipient is not kicked for cheating. The recipient receives a green info message saying "You have received such and such an amount" but the cash is not incremented.

Eschew transferring money at high server load.
If you absolutely need to transfer money, do it if and only if server pop < 100.
