I've received reports about excessive activity by RNC ships around Kreuzberg Depot. Is there a problem I should be aware of? I will not fault you if you are chasing some miscreant, but I would like to be advised if there is trouble. In addition, some of these RNC ships have been docking at Kreuzberg. Once again, I have not been informed as to any reason for this. We respectfully request military craft to stay off the bases so we will not be viewed as participating in any military conflicts in which we have no interest. If there is a problem at the base that needs to be handled, please let me know.

Guten abend Herr Crow,
Military High Command is unaware of any increased operations around Kreuzberg Depot. We kindly state that your installation, while it may be owned by an organization independent of Rheinland, is still in Rheinland space. Regular patrols should not cover Kreuzberg Depot, however extensive sweeps of the Berlin system done form time to time can and will patrol around it for hostile activity.
That being said, if you would kindly present Rheinland Military Command with clear evidence of what is going on around Kreuzberg, we will investigate a possible missallocation of military forces in the area and take action if needed.
I have also been instructed to ask you if you have any free time in the coming weeks and if you would be able to visit New Berlin in the near future.

I'll share this transmission with you. It was sent to us recently. It provides ample evidence of Rheinland Naval activity around Kreuzberg Depot. As I stated in my previous transmission, I am fully aware that Kreuzberg is under Rheinlnad jurisdiction, ad I am also aware that your ships must sometimes come out there. All I ask is that if there is a problem requiring your ships to dock on our base that I be made aware of this problem so we can deal with it. I do not believe that is asking too much.
Also, I am not far from New Berlin at the moment and I would be happy to come there anytime and meet with you. Let me know what would be most acceptable to you.

I have reviewed the evidence you sent me.
It is not entirely clear what happened in the first series of shots. I will say that I have already received complaints n the activities of the RHC-Hamburg from other parties, and I am currently keeping a close eye on him. While that may be, I can see gunfire, a hessian, and someone who is taking those pictures doesn't seem to be on good terms with lawful forces. I will not render a formal judgement on this situation, as it is unclear what exactly happened.
That being said, Rheinland Military vessels shouldn't be docking on Kreuzberg unless in an emergency situation in which there is clear a present danger to human life. They most certainly shouldn't be basing out of it.
I shall contact the kaptain of the Hamburg and let him know that docking on your station is highly restricted and for him to move onto normal patrol patterns.
As for the second set of images, I remember that very well. I ordered a sweep of Berlin myself to search for a infiltrated Liberty Navy Dreadnought accompanied by escorts. The two rheinwehr units you see were following my orders and searching field for any hostiles. As previously stated in my first message, this is not a regular thing.
As for Berlin, I have nothing else to say myself, but expect to be contacted soon on behalf of Rheinland.
