[font=Georgia]She felt miserable. Mariko closed her eyes, hoping it will make her feel a little bit better. It didn't help at all. New livers are a great thing, however it didn't make her clear and ger body was still desiring the drugs. A little sniff, just a little one. Mariko bit her lips to the blood, she can't, she musn't. She read the last messages on her PDA again, no sign of anything than a cold hate.
Why do I even try...
Mariko hoped she would write her but the content of the message, didn't make her feel any better. Her usual state where she was falling from depressions to uncontrollable anger and aggressiveness was here again. She suppressed an urge to smash the PDA against the wall and closed it.

Mariko woke up about 2 hours later. She felt a little better so she decided to try and earn some money. Totally broke, her fridge was empty, 5 credits in her jeans and her ship with half of the tank.
If I don't get some cash now I will end up begging Asuka for some.
The sound of the closed doors followed her as she stammered to the hangar bay. What date is it today? 20th? No .. 21st, that means she got 3 more days to pay the rent.
Mariko started her ship and undocked from the Fort Bush
Mariko sat down on a dirty looking banch, rolled up the sleeve from her new jacket and inserted the syringe in her veil. She pushed the drug through and sent a PM from the PDA she just stole to Asuka.
I want to see you, sis. I am in downtown Powell park, Mariko.
She smiled as the drug continued it's way through her body and checked the gun.
