Soo, after Cannon's improved DSAce.dll I heard sth. about folding wings on certain ships.
Now, I installed the new DSAce.dll file, but could find anything related to the feature.
So, is this because I don't have appropiate ships, bla, is it availible in 'options' menu, bla.
To the discussion:
1. Cruise Drain : It was gone temporarily, now, what do you like better ? Cruise Drain or no Cruise Drain ? Discuss.
2. Folding Wings : This one is obvious, what do you think, is it cool or don't you like it ?
Discuss, too.
I was asking, duh. However, I was told by -someone- on skype and ingame, there are now folding-wings-options-thyngy-things for example for the Valkiry/Wraith.
Dunno, would be cool, if it exists.
EDIT: Who sells a Wraith, I need folding wings + how does it work ? Is there a link to a shiplist, where all ships with a folding wing option are listed ?
So far I've only confirmed folding wings for the Wraith and Templar, dunno about others. There's other cool features as well, such as turret zoom and turret steering.
' Wrote:So far, it's supposed to be just the Templar and the Wraith that have folding wings when in cruise mode. Try it out in OpenSP if you wanna see it.
Although personally, I'm not going to download Cannon's new thing until a few kinks are worked out. I like being able to save all my chatlogs.
[color=#FFFFFF]The Guardian/Deffender have folding wings too.
[color=#FFFFFF]Absolutely All naval fighters (those sold on the battleships) have folding wings which were cut from the game
I've always thought the Guardian's wings looked like they should be able to retract, although it seems to me that they should accordion all the way in (not just the first segment retraction shown in that video).
