So from this, you can fairly adaquately see that the RM, indy pirates, outcasts and lane hackers, should NOT form a group and randomly attack Manhattan. Also worthy of note... Basing attacks out of conneticut is lame beyond belief. It's also against the rules.
Can Admins give the community a clear and precise definition of what "Allying" is ? I know most cases are pretty obvious, but there are exceptions. Would that kind of thing be allying ? (Mere example, I'm taking a rather large interpretation of "Allying" on purpose).
I'd have to agree with Enoch. What DOES it mean to ally? It it openly creating a military alliance, merely promising not to shoot each other, or working towards destroying a common enemy?

I think the issue here is that they "formed grup". Which is a rather shaky line to draw in the sand. Though it shares that quality with a number of other common sense guidelines for fair and reasonable conduct.
Even if they didn't form a group, the result most likely would of been the same. At least being in a group allows them to communicate better, in an OORP manner.

Two words.
Cannon Fodder.
Of course we'll love them. They shoot our enemy, and take the brunt of the casualties. It's win-win for the Military.
